I'm Sarah from Small Important People, based in Coventry UK. I now work full time on organising children's craft parties in the following areas :

Coventry, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Leicestershire & North Northamptonshire and parts of Staffordshire.

Book a room, arrange the food, invite the children... then we do the rest
Based on a theme we plan, organise, room decorate, and run a two hour games & craft  entertaining fun filled kids party.

While "Small Important People" help out with much of the event, we still request the child's parents attend to assist with some of the games and craft - in fact the adults enjoy it just as much as the children. You may ask your guests to dress up to add that special party atmosphere.

Now, you're probably wondering how and why we can do all those things.

Let me explain.

We arrive on the day decorate the room, run the event, provide games, craft, prizes, party bags leaving parents to organise the party food and talk with the  guests. 

The party includes games and a craft for the children to make and take home. Each child will also take home with them an exciting party bag filled with goodies. The party is worked around the theme. 

Room decoration will vary due to the amount of hooks placed around the venue and the height of the room. (Older buildings with lots of beams or false ceiling work best). Fixings (e.g. hooks) around the room must be made available to hold material decoration. We do not use 'sellotape' or 'blue-tak" The more places around the room to hang decorations, the better it will look.

Buildings such as smart new hotel suites provide little opportunity to show our decorations. If you wish to hold your party in you home or rooms that do not allow decoration we suggest one of our smaller party packages:

craft games & party bags (main party but without decorations)

craft & games (main party but without decorations & party bags)

craft & party bags (2 x 20 minute craft sessions with party bags)

craft only (2 x 20 minute craft sessions)

We buy our craft products direct from wholesalers and without the need for rented shops and high advertising. We know you cannot purchase our craft products cheaper. We then deliver and run them as craft sessions around a decorated themed party. Add a few games and a party bag all to make sure your getting top party value.
